Why Cycles?

A typical human spends about one-third of their life sleeping. A complete sleep cycle lasts approximately 90 minutes. Waking up in the middle of a cycle causes sleep inertia, leaving you groggy. Waking at the end of a cycle ensures you feel energized.

The Golden Rule

Most adults require 5 to 6 full cycles per night. This translates to roughly 7.5 or 9 hours of rest. Always allow for a 15-minute buffer to transition into sleep.
